Product problem and return/refund:

3.When you purchase a product on behalf of Eastmallbuy and it develops a quality problem after using it for a period of time, as long as the product is still within the quality warranty period and has the original purchase receipt and product quality guarantee card, you can entrust Eastmallbuy to contact the Chinese mainland merchant for handling return/exchange.

Return of package issues:

1.If your package has already been sent abroad and is returned due to reasons such as "international security inspection failure", "undeliverable", "address unknown", "undelivered" etc., the re-shipping cost shall be borne by you.

2.Subject to the special nature of international transportation, some packages may be "domestic security inspection failure" when handed over to the customs, generally you do not have to worry, after the package is returned, we can arrange free re-shipping.

Refund Policy for account balance top up

If you want to refund money from Eastmallbuy account balance to your top up account, you can apply via ”Wallet”-”Balance”-”Withdraw”. We will process your application within 2-3 working days, after which the withdrawal amount will be returned to your original top up account (bank account or third-party payment account). During the processing period, the money you apply for withdrawal will be frozen in order to ensure the actual withdrawal amount meets your original application.
